PRODUCTION RECORD:
10/03, AD Herakles, by multiple color champion beige: ELK Hercules. Here is a dense dense dense male with crimp galore, and talk about bone structure - this boy is solid (see below)! We are currently using him in our breeding program and his first cria showed very well in her first season with two 1sts & a 3rd!
We held Maggie open in '03 & bred her in '04, but she had a tooth root abscess that required surgery in late '04 and she lost that breeding and was bred again in '05:
6/29/06: AD Luc's Magical Mystery Tour: (Sold) Light fawn male sired by none other than 'The Man' himself, Dom Lucilio. "Marty" has spectacular fleece with very bright discrete crimpy tendrils and amazing bone, his cria fleece took first place and was half a point below the Reserve Color Champion's fleece. He also handlily won his first shorn halter class and took 2nd in Open Showmanship at the same show. He's very likely to be a super stud one day himself. He is for sale separately.
6/29/07 AD Magical Mystique: (Sold) A medium rose gray FEMALE by Black Silver Don, a 6P Silver Cesario son who has won many many times in the showring. She's gorgeous and loaded with awesome fleece.
7/12/08: Fawn female, AD Mariska, by SA Peruvian Nikolai, the Reserve Color Champion son of 4P Black Magic standing stud on our farm. Born over 20 pounds and gaining like mad, this is a very solid female and she sells with Maggie including her first breeding!
SHOW RECORD:
2002 AOBA Fleece Show: 3rd place Hand Crafter's Spinoff, black. The winning fleece was only 2 points ahead of hers!
FLEECE PRODUCTION: 2002: 7.1 pounds, 2003: 6.8 pounds, 2004: 6.8 pounds 2005: 5.6 pounds; 2006: 6.4 pounds.
COMMENTS: This female has very strong breeding, her sire is a multiple champion including Get of Sire, and her dam is by none other than Peruvian Macusani, a gray Alianza import! She could produce anything from black to gray, brown, you name it. Her fleece is very dense and she has full coverage and solid conformation. She's a farm favorite & sure to be an asset to any breeding program. She settled in a one-shot drive by breeding in '06 and bred here at home in one shot in '07 & '08 as well! She delivers independently and makes loads of milk and she's a good mom, ya can't ask for more!
